Advancing the Greater Good
AltruNext has been partnering with nonprofits to advance the greater good since 2008. Initially, our focus was exclusively on fund development, especially organization assessments, grant writing support, and individual giving program implementation.
Over the years, we saw how smaller nonprofits frequently struggle. Many are simply trying to survive with limited resources while others are ultimately forced to close their doors. These worthy causes wanted to implement best practices, but they weren’t in a position to partner with larger consulting firms or hire highly-experienced staff.
This is where we saw an opportunity to help.
We incorporated as AltruNext in 2016, diversifying our team to reflect the broad needs of our clients. After all, fund development success is intertwined with strong operations, good governance, clear communications, and dynamic programs.
Today, we love to partner with small or medium-sized organizations to help them grow their impact. Our holistic approach helps nonprofits thrive.
We’re here to help you achieve your ambitious vision!
We realize that priorities and circumstances can shift mid-stream. We can recommend a change in direction as new information comes to light, and pivot as needed. We can go with your flow.
This work is constantly fascinating and we’re always in learning mode-- which makes us experts in best practices. We’ll provide well-informed perspectives on anything we work on together.
We acknowledge the uniqueness of each organization and situation. We’ll come up with unique solutions no matter what challenges you face. That’s what we’re here for after all--to remove obstacles and help you get to your destination.
We’re experts but we’re not know-it-alls-- and we’re never prescriptive. We’ll collaborate with you from start to finish. We’re also pleasant to work with (ask anyone who’s worked with us).
We have high ethical standards. We are honest, even when it is difficult. We are committed to doing the right thing for our team, our clients, and our communities.
The nonprofit sector is making the world a better place. We believe in the work that you’re doing. We’re passionate about advancing the greater good with you.
