Our Commitment to Equity

At AltruNext, we are committed to creating a collaborative work environment where all employees, contractors, and clients—whatever their gender, race, ethnicity, national origin, age, sexual orientation or identity, education, or ability—feel valued and respected.

As nonprofit consultants, we have a unique opportunity to serve as change agents within the sector. To that end, we have each done internal work around white privilege and implicit bias, while seeking a deeper understanding of systematic racism and societal inequities. The behaviors we embrace will promote a vibrant and inclusive nonprofit sector, poised to lead change. Our commitment to advancing these tenets within our own organization is essential to being visionary leaders toward healing and change in the sector and the world.
