Grant management starts well before the award is made. In this session, we will explore how good planning pre-application can set you up for success post-award. We will discuss steps you can take to assess whether to apply for a grant, what you can do while you wait for awards to be made, and what should be done post-award to ensure the grant program is implemented and monitored effectively. We will focus on post-award grant management but will discuss each stage of the grant life cycle.
