KRISTIN RAACK
Founder & Chief Executive Officer, Lead Consultant - Fund Development
Kristin has worked as a fund development leader for almost two decades, accumulating a diverse portfolio of fundraising expertise including annual funds, capital campaigns, major gifts, and corporate/foundation relations. She leads fund development initiatives for organizations in social services, higher education, healthcare and charitable trusts, many with multi-million dollar budgets. Her achievements in securing donations from individual, government and private sources have helped nonprofits obtain over $10 million dollars to support their missions. She holds a Bachelor of Arts from Taylor University and a Master of Arts from Purdue University, and is working towards the Certified Fund Raising Executive (CFRE) designation.
JESSICA BULLOCK
Lead Consultant - Business Development
Jessica has extensive experience working within the nonprofit, healthcare and local government sectors. She provides a tailored approach to organizational and fund development initiatives to meet each client’s unique needs. Her specific focus includes organizational assessments, feasibility plans, strategic plans, process improvement initiatives and fundraising plans. Her career is built upon leading the successful implementation of multi-million dollar initiatives by assessing potential risks, coordinating process improvements and facilitating change. She holds a Bachelor of Arts from Wheaton College and Masters of Public Affairs from Indiana University. She also has certifications including Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, Project Management Professional (PMP) and ScrumMaster (CSM).
DON RAACK
Chief Administrative Officer, Lead Consultant - Sustainability
Don is a business management specialist, having held leadership roles throughout his career in finance and accounting, operations, business development and client relations. He has worked with senior leadership in the nonprofit, healthcare and higher education sectors, as well as many others. He currently oversees brand awareness and all business operations of the company, as well as consulting to clients on general management. He holds a Certificate in Nonprofit Management from the University of Illinois at Chicago. He graduated from Valparaiso University with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting, and is a Certified Management Accountant (CMA).
