In her 10-minute talk, she explored why curiosity fuels problem-solving, fosters empathy, and builds stronger teams. Kristin offered practical tips to strengthen this “superpower,” from asking open-ended questions to embracing new experiences, and showed how to intentionally apply curiosity to research, collaboration, and professional growth.
